Preparation tips:

For 1 serving of ramen. Start by choosing the broth base for your ramen, then pour the content of the broth pack into a large bowl with 250-300ml of boiling unsalted water. Stir until you have a smooth broth.
In a pot, boil 1 liter of unsalted water and dip 1 serving of fresh ramen. Cook for 30 seconds, then immediately strain the noodles and put them directly into the large bowl of broth.
We recommend that you top your ramen dish with thin slices of roast pork, nori seaweed, hard-boiled eggs, bean sprouts or freshly sliced onions.
