Japanese "Wagyu" beef is produced using following the historical method of ensuring abundant food and constant care for the animals, such as massage sessions, lush green pastures and the best outdoor living environment. Every year, only 3,000 cattle are certified as "Wagyu" quality.

Kobe beef is a variety of Wagyu produced in the Hyogo region - 兵庫県. Only 46 Japanese restaurants serve real Kobe beef on their menus.

The Kobe beef ramen box is a popular translation of a gourmet meat dish. It is also a product that Japanese people give as gifts on special occasions.

This set contains 3 servings of ramen with a packet of broth made from Kobe beef mince.

Preparation tip: For one serving of ramen, boil a maximum of 500ml of water in a pot. If you want to concentrate the taste of your ramen, use less water. Dip the noodles in the boiling water for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Then turn off the heat and pour the contents of the broth packet into the pot, stirring gently. Top the ramen with soft-boiled eggs, a slice of fresh lemon, chives and thinly sliced beef.
Pour the noodles and broth into a large bowl and enjoy!

3 portions of Udon noodles (3x100g)
3 packets of Kobe beef broth (3x50g)

3 individual servings of 100g of ramen and 50g of broth. 450g of net product.
